I found Theoxenia Residence to be a mixed bag during my stay. While the location in Kifisia is fantastic with plenty of nearby restaurants, the overall experience felt more like a 3-star hotel than a luxurious 5-star. The room I stayed in had maintenance issues, and the breakfast offerings left much to be desired. However, I did appreciate the friendliness of the check-in staff and the spaciousness of the room. 😕
